David Ospina has been discharged from hospital and given the all clear after collapsing on the pitch during Napoli’s Serie A match against Udinese on Sunday.The goalkeeper, on loan at the Italian club from Arsenal, fell to the ground two minutes before half-time, having suffered a head injury in a clash with Udinese’s Ignacio Pussetto earlier in the match.
